Your own place at the foot of Mont Ventoux
Villa Nova Ventoux is in Malaucène, in the Vaucluse region of southern France. Built in 2023, this modern holiday home sleeps up to eight guests. You rent the entire property, including its garden, terrace and private pool. There is room to spend time together while allowing everyone to follow their own holiday rhythm.
The village centre is around 800 metres away, with restaurants, cafés, bakeries and shops. The start of the Mont Ventoux climb from Malaucène is about half a kilometre from the villa. Combine a morning on the bike with a walk through the village or an afternoon by the pool.
A heated private pool in an enclosed garden
The 2 × 8 metre pool is exclusively for your group and is heated from March through October. Water temperature depends on the weather; contact us before booking if you have a particular requirement. The garden is fully enclosed and the pool has a closable cover.
Families benefit from a sturdy, closable pool cover that can support an adult’s weight. Properly and fully closed, it adds protection when the pool is not in use, alongside the fully enclosed garden. Adult supervision remains necessary and the cover is not a play or walking surface. Your confirmed-booking guest area explains its operation. The covered terrace offers shade for meals and relaxing together.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms
Two bedrooms each have a 160 centimetre double bed. The third has two bunk beds, bringing the maximum capacity to eight guests. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Check the sleeping arrangements in advance, particularly with younger children or two families travelling together.
Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower, washbasin and hairdryer; one bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There is a separate toilet on each floor. Bed linen and towels are included, so you do not need to pack a complete set for every guest.
Cooking, dining and spending time together
The open kitchen connects to the dining and living areas. It has a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and kitchen utensils, alongside Nespresso and filter coffee facilities, a kettle and toaster. Prepare an early breakfast before cycling or a longer meal with ingredients from a local market.
The lounge has a comfortable seating area, smart TV and Sonos speaker. Free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and drying rack are available. Outside, the covered kitchen has a barbecue and sink. If you prefer eating out, walk into the village and enjoy an unhurried return to the villa.
Practical facilities for families and cyclists
Air conditioning is available throughout the house. Families can use a high chair and a stair gate on the upper floor. Bicycles have their own place in a lockable storage room. These facilities make longer stays and holidays combining cycling with family activities easier to organise.
There are two private parking spaces. One has a standard electrical socket for charging a car, available on request at the cost shown in your booking proposal; it is not a fast charger. Pets are not allowed. A gardener or pool maintenance worker may briefly enter through the garden gate during your stay.

An online request is acknowledged by email and then reviewed personally. Your reservation becomes confirmed when we approve it. Date changes, additional guests or cancellation requests are reviewed before taking effect; your existing booking remains valid until an approved change.
